ABOUT CLEAN & CLEANER
Clean and Cleaner is a family owned and operated cleaning company offering residential and commercial cleaning services to Yeppoon, Emu Park, Rockhampton and Central Queensland. For the past 7 years, Clean and Cleaner has earned a reputation for reliability and a dedication to hard work, which has helped us to gain large numbers of satisfied commercial and residential clients throughout Central Queensland.
Establishing Clean and Cleaner in 2013 as a sole trader (and sole cleaner), CEO Colleen Dwyer soon discovered a passion for running a business combined with excellence in customer service and attention to detail that steered us to where we are now, a leading local organisation with Colleen at the helm.
Looking at leading women in business for inspiration, Colleen feels strongly about promoting employment to locals, supporting local sporting groups at grassroot level and has also donated cleaning services to local families affected by cancer.
ABOUT COLLEEN DWYER
With over 20 years experience in office administration and a side hustle into web development and graphic design for the past ten years, Colleen left the corporate world behind and took the plunge and started her own cleaning business with a vision to do things differently. Colleen can boast business and commercial skills plus the technical speciality skills to promote the business using modern technology and hopes that her success will inspire women in business to be passionate about their brands and to make informed decisions about their businesses and their personal lives.

As a mother of four with a partner who works away in the mines, CEO Colleen says “we couldn’t run this busy growing business without the fantastic support team in admin and our cleaner’s in the field!’
When it comes to hiring, the bar is set high for the team at Clean and Cleaner. More than anything we are looking for honesty and integrity and somebody who is not afraid to work hard to finish the job properly without cutting corners. We want to dispel the myth that “anyone” can clean and allow them to use us as a last resort. Our training program gives our Cleaning Specialists the confidence to provide superior service and build strong relationships with our clients as a result. As opposed to hiring a ‘one-time’ cleaning person, we get to know you, your property, and your needs. Our staff are service oriented; easy to talk to and caring. They want you to have the best possible experience, too. While we are in the business of cleaning, it’s our client relationships that we really take to heart.
